The Sheikh Shake
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 500mL almond milk 
- One date, soaked 
- 1 Tbs almond butter 
- 1 Tbs flaxseeds 
- ½ Tsp vanilla powder 
- A pinch of pink himalayan salt (or any unrefined salt) 
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for around 1 minute or until you get a smooth texture 
- Sprinkle a little bit of vanilla powder on top of your smoothie to make it look fancy ;-) 
Tip: You can add the flesh of half an avocado for a creamier texture.
Enjoy and drink it like a Sheikh!
